Silviu offered legal advice in many fields, such as drafting agreements, assisting clients in negotiating and signing conventions, offering assistance in the corporate field, offering innovative and prompt solutions. In the activity carried out, Silviu assisted and offered consultancy in various fields such as debt recovery, insolvency, obtaining previous and subsequent authorizations for the establishment of a company, registration of mentions at the National Trade Register, implementation of procedures regarding the processing of personal data, covering a large variety of legal issues.

Also, his competences include civil and commercial disputes, representing clients before the courts, the Court of Arbitration, Prosecutor's Offices and other competent authorities.

REMARKABLE CASES

Silviu assisted in the takeover of a Non-Financial Banking Institution (IFN) by providing assistance to his clients, both in the negotiation phase and during the due-diligence procedure and the completion of the transaction. He also provided representation before the Romanian National Bank (BNR) to obtain the necessary approvals.

Silviu participated in the recovery of claims resulting from insurance files, coordinating in this sense the filing of hundreds of summons applications before the civil courts.
