On fiscal matters, Ionut assisted and represented the clients' interests in the procedure for contesting Taxation Decisions, both in the preliminary procedure for contesting in front of the fiscal body as well as in the litigious procedure before the administrative litigation courts, in the cases having as object the contestation of the Decision of Imposition/Decisions to resolve administrative appeals.
